This artwork, picturing a spillway on the Blanco River, is on display in the District office on the wall behind the Welcome Desk, just inside the entrance door to the office.  Barbara produced two earlier paintings, on display in the District Board Room.  The District welcomes the gift of water-related artwork for display in its offices.  Thank you, Barbara!
